Business Organization & Planning

One of the top concerns of businesses is the need for effective planning, and organization is a key element of proper planning. A disorganized company is prone to setbacks and challenges to its overall business plan. A prudent business owner or manager seeks insight into the relationship between organization and business planning as well as how it directly relates to her own company.

Capitalization Strategy & Transactions

We offer clients not only technical knowledge in capital market transactions, but practical, cohesive service complemented by and integrated with other departments: tax, mergers and acquisitions, public finance, construction, employee benefits, employment, real estate, environmental, health, and intellectual property.

Securities and Finance Markets & Transactions

New regulations and market changes have transformed securities and finance markets for institutional investors, financial institutions and intermediaries. In this evolving environment, innovative tools and new strategies can help you to collateralize transactions, enhance returns and facilitate liquidity more effectively.

Business Acquisition, Combination, Joint Venture & Disposition

Advising clients of all sizes on a broad range of business acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, securities offerings and related transactions. Whether selling a family owned business that was built over generations, making a strategic acquisition for a fast-growing company, forming a new business relationship or raising capital through a securities offering, we have the technical expertise and industry experience to help clients achieve their strategic business goals.

Business Successorship

Successor corporations are created after a merger, acquisition or liquidation of one or more existing businesses. The newly created company is allowed to continue in the same trade under a different name. It may keep selling the previous company's products and services and operate in the same location. The management of the successor corporation may also decide to keep some or all of the existing workforce.

Business Risk Management

Business Risk management is a subset of risk management used to evaluate the business risks involved if any changes occur in the business operations, systems and process. We identify, prioritize and address the risk to minimize penalties from unexpected incidents and by keeping them on track.
